Hot Brewing Method:
1 use 1 tsp per 6 oz of water.adjust to the taste.
2 shift Matcha in to a cup using a fine mesh sieve to help break clumps
3 add a small amount of 180 F degree water and mix into a paste with froth error or spoon

Hot Tea Method: Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup into the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 5-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
